NBTC moves to break 2-month deadlock
Six commissioners of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) are set to hold their own board meeting on Friday without the chairman, breaking a deadlock of more than two months of cancelled meetings that has left a ballooning agenda.
